A forever record of each and any arbitration claim against your sale items with alerts to keep on top of arb activity!
We have pre-programmed computer interfaces to acquire sales transaction details from Manheim and a growing number of other large auctioneers. Moreover, our interface platform provides a flexible capability to add new automation interfaces as needed.

We support customized invoicing, check writing and the granular recording of cost and revenue to give a realtime picture of each "deal"... on demand.
We transform to a more purposeful asset-centric accounting methodology that enables us to focus revenue and expense - including real expenses, amortized cost allocations, fixed costs and other acruals and estimates against each inventory asset. This no-nonsense bookkeeping strategy ensures more accurate tracking of costs per inventory asset throughout the recon cycle - so you get a more realistic measure of investment in each asset... before sale!
At period end our flexible interface platform can provision transfer of pro forma account activity to your formal accounting channel, including QuickBooks and others.
